What visitors may provide

When you use the AI chat, we process the messages you choose to send to understand your business inquiry and suggest relevant next steps. If you request a human follow-up, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number and the chat transcript. Our main website inquiry form separately collects information you enter there.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to service inquiries, prepare project consultations and direct your request to the ELIAV team. Checking the chat handoff consent box authorizes contact about that request only. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

AI and third-party services

Chat messages are sent to a server-side OpenAI API to generate replies and service summaries. AI output can be inaccurate and is not legal, tax or financial advice. The chatbot is not a person. For human follow-up, an email delivery service (Resend) sends the request and transcript to ELIAV's inbox. The standard inquiry form uses FormSubmit. Our pages also load third-party fonts and site assets.

Keeping information private

Do not provide identity documents, Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords or other sensitive records through public chat or forms. The chat implementation does not maintain a permanent conversation database on ELIAV's web server; the information you submit for follow-up may remain in our email inbox and in providers' systems subject to their own processing and retention terms. Website access and function logs may also be processed by the hosting provider.

Your choices and contact

You can close the chat without submitting contact details. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to applicable requirements, by emailing eliav-marketing@protonmail.com. We do not guarantee instant human replies.
